BROWNSVILLE, Texas (September 16, 2016) – Brownsville Mayor Tony Martinez accepted the 2016 Mayors’ Challenge Ladders of Opportunity Award at the 2016 Safer People, Safer Streets Summit held on Friday, September 16, 2016, at the U.S. Department of Transportation’s headquarters in Washington, DC.
